亚当·扬（Adam Young），全名亚当·兰德尔·杨（Adam Randal Young），1986年7月5日出生于美国明尼苏达州，美国男歌手、作曲人，乐队猫头鹰之城（Owl City）的创始人兼唯一成员，并且担任乐队的主唱、编曲、创作、混音合成工作。
Windsor Airlif 这个是纯音乐队，创建于2005年与Port Blue相似，风格同是owl city的演唱风格。

2007年美国大学二年级学生亚当·杨在明尼苏达州创建了猫头鹰之城乐队，Adam是该乐队的成员，乐队的创作、编曲、作词、混音合成、主唱全由Adam担任。乐队成立不久，便发行了首张EP《Of June》。
2008年乐队发行了首张专辑《Maybe I’m Dreaming》。
2009年，乐队先后发行了单曲《Hot Air Balloon》、《Strawberry Avalanche》、《The Technicolor Phase》，2009年7月14日乐队发行了全新专辑《Ocean Eyes》，并不断创作出一首首单曲。
2011年，Adam宣布了新专辑《All Things Bright And Beautiful》的创作的消息。《All Things Bright And Beautiful》终于于2011年6月14日发布。
2012年4月Adam在OwlCity官网上透露8月将会推出新专辑《The Midsummer Station》。作为新专辑的预热，2012年5月15日推出了EP《Shooting Star》。
2012年8月21日正式推出《The Midsummer Station》。
2013年7月30日推出原声EP专辑《The Midsummer Station Acoustic EP》。
2014年4月8日发布单曲专辑《Beautiful Times》。
2014年6月27日发行全新EP《Ultraviolet》。
2014年10月7日发布单曲专辑《You‘re Not Alone》
2014年12月15日发布单曲专辑《Kiss Me Babe，It’s Christmas Time》
2015年7月10日发布全新风格专辑《Mobile Orchestra》
